Music Administration  ·  Brand Deals  ·  Sync Licensing

The bridge.

Between what artists create and what they collect.
Between talent and the money it deserves.

Work With Me What I Do

I build at the intersection of
music, culture, and community.

Through Miri LLC, I handle music administration, brand partnerships, and sync licensing for independent artists and producers. I work on commission — I only win when my clients do.

I started Miri LLC because I kept watching talented artists leave money on the table — uncollected royalties, missed brand deals, music that belonged in film and TV sitting on a hard drive going nowhere.

My background spans music administration, event curation, and community organizing. I've worked with Grammy-recognized artists, built sold-out East African cultural events in LA, and launched a food program that delivered 10,000+ meals across Los Angeles with partnerships from the LA Clippers, Amazon, and PRO Club.

Every lane I've been in comes back to the same thing: I find the gap between what someone has and what they need — and I build the bridge.

Catalog Organization & Admin

Catalog organization and music administration services for an emerging roster of LA-based artists and producers.

Three things.
Done right.

I specialize in exactly three services — and I do all of them at a high level. No generalist work. No half measures.

01
Music Administration

I make sure every dollar you've earned actually gets to you — royalties collected, catalog organized, rights protected.

15–20% of royalties collected
  • Royalty collection across all platforms
  • ASCAP / BMI / SESAC registration
  • Catalog metadata management
  • Copyright registration & protection
  • Quarterly revenue statements
02
Brand Deal Management

I connect artists to brands that fit — and negotiate the terms so you don't leave money or leverage on the table.

15–20% commission per deal
  • Brand outreach & relationship management
  • Deal negotiation (rates, deliverables, rights)
  • Contract review coordination
  • Campaign coordination & tracking
  • Payment follow-up & collection
03
Sync Licensing

I pitch your music to the right supervisors, ad agencies, and production companies — and close the placement.

10–15% of placement fees
  • Pitch to sync supervisors & agencies
  • Catalog prep for sync-readiness
  • Master + publishing license negotiation
  • Placement tracking & payment collection

Why this work matters.

The music business is full of money. Most artists never see their share. These numbers show why administration and strategy aren't optional.

$1.8B

In unclaimed royalties sitting in publisher and PRO accounts every year — money that belongs to artists who never registered properly or don't know how to collect it. This is where proper administration starts paying off immediately.

2%

That's the share of artists who earn over $50,000/year from streaming. The other 98% need multiple revenue streams — sync placements, brand deals, and proper royalty collection — to build a real living from their music.

$28.6B

Global recorded music revenue in 2023 — a record high. The industry is growing. The money is there. The question is whether your business infrastructure is set up to access it.
